Sold my mother's home a couple of years ago and help her get into alternative housing. He sold it quickly and for much more than we really were expecting. Mom had me do the upkeep after Dad passed so I knew it was in good shape. Sid confirmed it was and sold it for a good price. He gave us the rundown on the buyers, how they were financially situated and it would be safe to accept an offer from them. All in all it was a good experience.
