This duplex could be sold as sperate units. However, the owner has chosen to sell together. They do have separate legal descriptions and separate parcel numbers, so they could be sold separately if one chose to do so at a later date. They are both very self-sufficient, as they have separate meters for all utilities, and the tenants pay the utilities + handle their own lawn maintenance. The owner pays the irrigation, taxes, and insurance. We do not have any signs on the property. Please do not stop or disturb the tenants.
